Maple and Grapefruit Cocktail


2/3 ounce real maple syrup

3 ounces grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed and strained for best results or use canned/bottled juice)

3 ounces ginger beer


Combine the grapefruit juice, maple syrup, and ice stirring or shaking until the syrup is dissolved. Pour into a glass and add ginger beer, stirring gently to combine. Garnish and enjoy.

If mixing multiple servings, keep the syrup and juice pre-combined, making sure to shake or stir before adding the ginger beer to serve. Fill glasses prior to guests arriving and let them top off with the ginger beer.
