1 part alcohol-free gin spirits
In a large wine glass, add the ice first; ideally, plenty of large, clear cubes - the more ice, the slower it will melt and dilute your drink. Over the ice, pour a measure of alcohol-free gin spirits followed by three measures of Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water. Lime works well with a typical gin and tonic, but we're after the oils in the rind rather than the juice, so peel a strip from the outside, twist it over the top of the glass to spritz the oil into the drink, then drop into the glass. To ensure the full flavour experience, drink from the glass instead of through a straw.
