Thanks for your question! We pre-pack each month’s subscriptions ahead of time, so unfortunately, substitutions and/or changes are not possible. You do have the option to skip a month, or change your subscription process date.

How can I manage my subscription online? I’m trying to log in and its not recognizing my email!

Do I need to cancel my pre-paid subscription?

I purchased a six month

"I purchased a six month subscription of NA beer for my husband for his birthday and I plan to purchase another subscription for his Christmas present. This time I will make it an annual subscription based on how phenomenal the customer service is! During the 6-month subscription, his 3rd month package was a duplicate from the 2nd month and he was a little disappointed. However, Better Rhodes were very generous in making up for it!"
