We try our very best to fulfill orders quickly. Standard Fulfillment Time is 2-5 business days from order placement. 

We do not accept Refunds or Returns based on flavor preference alone (besides for our Insider Boxes). We understand when shipping beverages and glass that sometimes items may be damaged in transit - If there are any issues with breakage please email us. For damaged items, please notify us and include photos within 7 days of your order being delivered.
