Eva’s spritz is their convivial sparkler, an effervescent aperitif suited for the picnic table or during a toast. It’s like drinking delighted laughter, tinged with the knowledge that the moment is fleeting.

We Taste: Tart rhubarb, Citrus, Sunshine on bare shoulders

Pairing: picnics, fruit, cheese, light charcuterie, potato chips, caviar, brunch.

Serve Suggestion: We suggest a goblet with ice and an orange wedge, or a flute at toast time—but you do you!

Just right

It's a bit bitter and that's what I was looking for (and the name gave you a hint). But there is something more. The flavors all mix well to a fine bright glass of spring. Pretty in a wine glass to enjoy on a spring/summer evening .(or ALL year round. It's just fitting nicely this time of year.)

Refreshingly tart

I liked Evas spritz for the tart refreshing flavor. Perhaps a teeny bit too vinegary for my palette but still enjoyable
