This 250ml can of non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is 100% pinot noir, and the same expression as the bottled version. The grapes macerate for six hours prior to pressing. The CO2 balances out the residual sugar, making it appear drier than it it is, so it's even more wine-like! This refreshing sparkler exudes cool, red fruits, and lean minerality. Finally found after long search
