- 2 ounces of NA White Rum
- 3 ounces of Southside
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh Dragon Fruit
- .5 ounces of Cream of Coconut
- Add Rum, Southside, dragon fruit, cream of coconut and ice to cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain over ice (to remove dragon fruit seeds double strain).
Garnish: Dragon fruit and a sprig of mint.
