- 2oz Monday Mezcal
- 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
- .75oz Honey Simple Syrup
Method: Combine Monday Mezcal, lemon, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite glass.
Garnish: Honeycomb and charred lemon wheel.
*To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Let cool before use.
