1 oz. Cucumber/Lime/Rosewater (Cut cucumber and muddle with juice from 1/2 fresh squeezed lime and a dash of rosewater)
Agave simple syrup
Juice from 1 fresh squeezed lemon
Garnish: 1 peeled cucumber slice added inside a tall collins cocktail glass & lemon rind
