I first want to thank you all for your support and share some amazing news. After just 7 months we have tripled our forecast and have been able to support a growing number of producers and customers in the alcohol free space. Without the love and positive support from this community we would be nowhere! Now to the not so fun stuff. Since you are supporting a small business there are some kinks. Since all of Better Rhodes’ products are AF, they do freeze during transit if the weather is cold enough. And like we all know, this winter has been cold enough. We are currently experimenting with different ways on how to minimize freezing and breakage.
Please bear with us during this time. If you receive a package that has been damaged please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our part to make it right. UPS does not notify us when a package has been damaged during transit. We are doing our best to try to manually look at each tracking order to see if it goes from “In Transit” to “Delivery Failed.” It would be amazing if you could also be taking a look at your tracking number so we can catch these early and handle them properly. We are working tirelessly to get better and rely on your feedback. I want to thank you all so much for being so understanding and please do not hesitate to reach out with any comments, questions, or concerns.
