Bittersweet and light orange with toasty and caramel malt flavors and a big piney, citrusy hop nose, this NA West Coast style inverts years of trends by going back to America's IPA roots. Beaglepuss has brought all the fruity hops but balances it with a bit of bitterness and plenty of sweet malt. A neutral yeast stays out of the limelight to let the Vienna, Crystal, and Munich malts performi intricate poses with resiny Azacca, Altus, Simcoe, and Strata hops all over your palate.
