Pine Trail Pale is everything you can expect from a west coast American pale ale beer. Almost amber in color, the beer comes with a resinous aroma that beautifully complements the bitterness of the beer. The Mosaic and Amarillo hops used in the brewing of the beer bring the distinctive flavors of blueberry and citrus while the Magnum hops adds the characteristic bitterness widely appreciated by all craft beer fans.

Tasting Notes:

Pine Trail Pale has notes of pine and blueberry with a distinctive citrusy bite. The beer is full-bodied, and the lactose used in its brewing increases its mouthfeel by balancing the flavors and ensuring it stays on your palate longer. In the background, you can also catch hints of wheat and malt, and these flavors grow stronger as the beer starts warming.

Although made with gluten-containing products like barley, oats, and wheat, the gluten content is reduced through specific processes. Big Drop Brewing Galactic Extra Dark is left with less than 20 PPM of gluten, which is generally considered to be a safe amount for gluten sensitivity.
