BOLLE Chardonnay is made from 75% Chardonnay and 25% Silvaner, put through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process. Unlike non-alcoholic still wines made from grape juice or a de-alcoholized base wine with added flavors, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is the world's only twice-fermented non-alcoholic still white wine -- with genuine weight, real texture, and just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar. No additives, nothing artificial.
