BOLLE Grand Reserve is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Silvaner, put through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process before spending nine months on lees. This extended aging -- the same technique used in fine Champagne production -- creates the creamy texture, brioche depth, and lingering finish that makes this the most complex non-alcoholic wine in the world.
Unlike non-alcoholic sparkling wines made from grape juice or dealcoholized base wine with added flavors, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is just 2.8g of naturally occurring sugar, natural bubbles, and genuine complexity. No additives, nothing artificial.
