BOLLE Chardonnay Reserve is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Macon, one of the world's great Chardonnay regions in Burgundy, France.
Put through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, this is the world's first non-alcoholic still white wine made entirely from a single terroir-driven French Chardonnay.
Unlike non-alcoholic white wines made from grape juice or dealcoholized base wine with added flavors, all aroma, flavor and appearance are created naturally through fermentation. Just 2.9g of naturally occurring sugar per 100ml. No added sugar, no added flavors, nothing artificial.
