CleanCo's take on a Bourbon-style Whiskey, non-alcoholic Clean W has a characteristic Bourbon nose with charred oak, dark caramel, and leather resulting in a mouth coating spirit. The impact builds gently, with rich spice, orchard fruit, and dried apricot giving way to a smooth long finish.
Each bottle of CleanCo contains 10 calories per 50ml serving. There are no added sugars or sweeteners. It is vegan and gluten free with an ABV less than 0.5%.
Enjoy a Clean Buck
Add 2oz Clean W, 1oz of light ginger ale, and 1 lime wedge squeezed and dropped into a highball glass filled with ice. Add another lime wedge after to garnish.
Enjoy a Clean Whiskey Sour
Combine 2 oz Clean W, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz of simple syrup (1:1 Sugar + Water), and 1 egg white (medium egg) in a cocktail shaker – shake without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a pre-chilled coupe or over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
