Codorníu Zero is a delicious non alcoholic sparkling wine. It is dealcoholized, and contains fresh tropical fruit notes and citrus flavors, which pair perfectly with any occasion requiring an celebration when you're abstaining. Its fine bubble, fruity character and harmonious balance make it an exceptional experience.
Winemaking
From selected wine, the alcohol is gently removed by an innovative
vacuum distillation system at low temperature, respecting the wine and minimizing the loss of characteristics.
Sensory characteristics
Shiny pale yellow. Fine bubbles. Fruity aromas (apple, tropical...), zesty notes and delicate white flowers. Punchy, fresh and cheerful.
