    This one is staying in my top to-buy weekly wine

    I can't help but rave about this sparkling white wine. The very first bubbly sip got me loving it. I would recommend this is you like a dry sparkling for the hottest day in Toronto.

    A bit hoppy for a Pilsner

    Tastes closer to an IPA than a Pilsner. Not quite what I was expecting, I thought it was going to have a lighter flavor.
