Summerland Non-Alc wines are mindfully crafted with the intent of making wine more inclusive. This Chardonnay is made using a proprietary spinning cone process that gently removes alcohol while preserving depth of flavor and complexity. Traditionally fermented wine is poured into a vertical stainless-steel cylinder where spinning cones create thin liquid films. Cool vapor rises simultaneously, carrying away the lightest molecules. In the first pass, delicate aroma and flavor compounds are captured as a colorless essence and held separately. The process repeats to remove the desired amount of alcohol, leaving you with a sophisticated non-alcoholic wine that delivers genuine complexity and balance on the palate.
