Summerland Non-Alc wines are mindfully crafted to make wine more inclusive. This Pinot Noir uses a proprietary spinning cone process that gently removes alcohol while preserving depth, complexity, aroma, and palate. Traditionally fermented wine is spun into thin films within a stainless-steel column, where cool vapor carries away the lightest molecules. Delicate aromas and flavors are captured as a separate essence in the first pass, then the process repeats to remove alcohol to the desired level. The result: sophisticated, full-bodied non-alcoholic wine without compromise.
