Exclusive Review of Fre Rosé

Do you love wine but are looking for a sober alternative?

Many people these days can't drink alcohol, and they miss being able to order a glass of wine with dinner. Fre Rosé is a non-alcoholic beverage made from premium California wine that undergoes a special process to retain the flavor and taste of real wine but none of the alcohol.

Why alcohol-free wine?

Alcohol abuse is responsible for 95,000 deaths in the U.S. each year. The lifespan of those who die is shortened by approximately 29 years, amounting to about 2.8 million years of life lost.

Alcohol-free wine is an excellent substitute for people who want to overcome addiction or don't drink alcohol. It's also a alternative for those who are diabetic, pregnant, breastfeeding, have other health conditions, or are watching their calorie intake.

About Fre Rosé

Fre Rosé is manufactured by Sutter Home, a family-owned and operated winery that has been in business for four generations. They are best known for their White Zinfandel, which was the first wine to sell over one million cases in the United States.

This innovative wine company produces a variety of non-alcoholic wines designed to appeal to everyone from children to pregnant women and those with alcohol intolerance. It aims to produce quality wine that consumers can enjoy in moderation, knowing that it won't compromise their health or wellbeing.

What's in Fre Rosé?

In addition to dealcoholized rosé wine, the ingredients include grape juice, grape concentrate, and natural flavors.

How is it made?

The process of alcohol-removed winemaking begins at the vineyard, where traditional methods are used to make the wine. After the wine is produced, it is processed in a cutting-edge spinning cone column. The rotating cones use centrifugal force to create a thin film of wine. The delicate flavors and aroma of the wine are extracted by adding nitrogen gas to the column. The liquid is again passed into the column, but at a slightly higher temperature to remove all alcohol.

This process minimizes the loss of fragile wine flavors and aromas, but also removes the alcohol.

Once the dealcoholized base wine is produced, the wine essence is reintroduced and blended with non-fermented grape juice.

With less than 0.5 percent alcohol and just 50 percent of the caloric content of traditional wine, it's a great drink for music festivals, private celebrations, or summertime porch parties.

Taste and aroma

The first thing you'll notice about Fre alcohol-removed Rosé is the pink hue. The citrus and lively strawberry flavors will impress you.

It has a sweet, refreshing taste with aromatic notes of rosé. The flavor settles deep into your mouth, leaving you wanting more.

Fre Sparkling Rosé retains the delicate effervescence and bubbliness of traditional champagne. The dominant notes are citrus and ripe strawberries, while the dry and crisp finish adds to its appeal. Just like Fre Alcohol-Removed Rosé, Fre Sparkling Rosé has the aroma, texture, and flavor you expect in traditional rosé. Very close to the original thing is what you'll think when you taste Fre Sparkling Rosé.

Fre Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay is among the most popular non-alcoholic wines produced in California. This beverage checks all the right boxes. Apart from the rich golden hue, the bright aroma that comes from freshly picked fruit is sure to impress Chardonnay fans. The notes of ripe pear, crisp citrus, and creamy apple linger on the tongue. This chardonnay packs the perfect level of tartness to ensure it's not all about sweetness.

Fre Non-Alcoholic Merlot is among the few alcohol-removed Merlots available on the market. It packs the luxurious, rich feel of red wine, minus the alcohol. Crafted using locally-grown Merlot grapes, this non-alcoholic drink showcases a ruby red hue along with the heady aroma of ripe cherries and plums. There is a hint of spice while the cherry flavor lingers on your tongue.
